Möblerad 2:a nära SLU i Bäcklösa

Om bostaden

Hej! [ENGLISH]: I’m planning to rent out my apartment in Bäcklösa next year, about 800 metres from SLU/UDS. Built 2019. The apartment is 57 m², furnished, and has a balcony, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A slightly worse-for-wear bicycle is available as well (I should probably mention that it’s pink). The rent is approximately SEK 11,500/month. Broadband and furniture are included. Utilities are additional and cover electricity, hot water, and possibly a subletting fee charged by the housing association. In total, utilities are approximately SEK 1,000 SEK/month. Rental period: 15 jan 2027 – december 2027, with the possibility of extending the rental period for up to one year. I’m looking for a quiet, tidy, and responsible person who will take care of the apartment as if it were their own. Preferably someone connected to SLU, but personal suitability is the main priority. We’ll have a chat before signing a contract. The sublet is subject to approval by the housing association’s board. I can send more photos if you’re interested and am happy to answer any questions.
