Hi! Renting out my Home in Skokloster! It has 3 bedrooms & one smaller room that I use as an office and an open kitchen / living room, as well as 2 bathrooms. There is an outside patio with tables and sunchairs and a nice green space garden, where you can enjoy all summer days or children can play. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a small dressing room in the master bedroom as well as one under the stairs. There is water-based underfloor heating downstairs and upstairs the rooms are being heated with radiators. The bathrooms have each a rainshower with a glass wall. The downstairs bathroom has a washing and a drying machine as well as the air heat pump which heats the entire house. The house has its own driveway with space for several cars. There is also an outdoor storage room with extra storage space for garden tools or bicycles, outdoor furniture and other equipment. Some of my things will be stored in there as well. The house is located at a dead end street, so its very quiet and calm. The place is surrounded by forest with beautiful walking paths and a lake with a small bathing place is just around the corner. There is a school, a preschool, a bus stop and a supermarket, as well as a community pool and community playground area, all in walking distance. The rent includes the avgift, heating, electricity and fiber internet. If you want to change the internet speed the rent would be adjusted accordingly. The house will be rented out for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 months. As I am currently looking into selling the house I can only rent it out for a maximum of 12 months. If I dont find a buyer it is possible to prolong the rental contract by another 12 months but it can not be guaranteed. If you like the house you are of course also welcome to buy it if you have any interest and the means to do so. You will have to be formally approved by the förening as a tenant. If there is some emergency situation of some property damage such as a water leak or some pipe break etc. it might be neccessary for the houseing assosication or third party contractor to enter the house for the repair work. It might also be needed for me to access the house / property if there is a potential buyer for the property. If it were to come to the sale of the property I would start the term only after the rental lease ends, so your rental time will not be affected. Maintenance of the outside / green spaces areas will have to be conducted. Outside water hoses will have to be emptied and closed during the winter. The entrance door to the house has a digital code lock. The house comes fully furnished, there will also be gardening tools and lawn mowers in the garage. Bed sheets, TVs screens & computer are not included. I am mostly in Germany, but you can always text me if you need something. I am a person that always tries to help and I am super flexibel!
