Bright 27m² Student Studio Gubbängen

Om bostaden

**Studio apartment available Oct-Feb** My bright and lovely student apartment in Gubbängen is available for 5 months while I’m away. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and is available from October 2026 (or optionally a week earlier) until the end of February 2027. It is 27m² and is located right next to the metro stop Gubbängen. The monthly rent including electricity and broadband is 7,951 SEK. Note: The person I rent out to has to be a student (proof of registration for 30 ECTS needed) and rent the place for the full 5 months.
