A spacious 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet building and quiet area, located close to Vällingby Centrum. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, it is comfortable all year round and has good airflow for the summer days. I'll be working overseas for the next year, so the rental is for 12 months with the potential for longer. The apartment has good lighting as the sun moves throughout the day, it is generally cool during summer, and kept warm during the winter. The two main bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, with one connecting to the kitchen. The living room has a nice view into the association's gardens with good sunlight coming in for most of the day. The sofa, arm chair, shelves, and tv unit in the living room all come with the rental. The balcony is only small but can easily fit a smaller outdoor chair set. It is glassed in and protects against the elements well, even if it does get cold during the winters still. The bedrooms are varied in size, with the larger two being on opposite sides of the apartment. The bedrooms all have storage included, and two of them have large beds in them. One of these can be moved to one of the other rooms if you like. The kitchen is nice and modern with an induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher all available. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, and a lot of power points if you like your kitchen appliances. The dining table and chairs in the dining alcove are included with the rent. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a modern shower, underfloor heating, and a large radiator to keep you toasty during the cold winter months. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the hallway which can be used any time except for at night during the quiet hours. A small laundry storage is provided. In the basement there is a secured storage area only accessible to residents, and additional pantry storage if needed. There is also a stroller room and a bike room. The association gardens have a small playground for children and a couple of BBQ areas. There is a larger laundry room if needed which can be booked through the associations website. A recycling room and trash disposal are available close by. Vällingby Centrum is only a 5 minute walk away, with a metro station and bus routes available. There are plenty of nice cafes and takeaways there, as well as a bunch of shops, making it very handy to have so close by. Electricity and internet are not included and must be sorted out yourself. Both are available easily through zmarket. Gigabit internet is available to the building, but the apartment does not have any ethernet ports.
