I will be working abroad during December and over New Year, so I am renting out my fully furnished home for one month, from 1 December 2026 to 1 January 2027. I currently pay approximately SEK 16,800 per month for the apartment. The rental price is therefore set below my own monthly housing cost, even though the home is fully furnished and all utilities are included. My aim is simply to cover part of my expenses while I am away. The apartment is located in peaceful Sävedalen, approximately 13 minutes from central Gothenburg by car or direct bus. Electricity, water, internet and a private parking space are included in the rent. This newly renovated 87 m² apartment occupies the entire upper floor of a semi-detached villa. It has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace and a 20 m² terrace. The home was completely renovated in 2024 and features herringbone parquet, solid oak floors and a modern kitchen with a subtle 1950s-inspired design. The shared basement includes a large laundry room with two washing machines, two dryers and a drying room. There is also an additional shower and toilet, storage space and a bicycle room. Shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and other everyday services are located within 500 metres. In the opposite direction, Delsjön’s beautiful nature area is about the same distance away.
