Room for Rent in Villa – Females Only Hi everyone! I have a 20 m² room available in a shared villa in Kåhög, Partille, from 30 September. The room is preferably available short-term until January/February, but I’m open to a longer rental for the right person. Location & transport About 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop Around 7 minutes by bus to Allum Approximately 45 minutes to Göteborg Centralstation, with two buses About the villa You will be sharing the villa with: My brother, a 28-year-old medical student Our super cute little old dog (the one in the 3rd picture) I’m the landlord (female, 30) and live nearby, so I visit the villa regularly, mainly to check on my dog when my brother is at university. Rent: 4,700 SEK/month – everything included! This includes: Electricity Water & heating Garbage/recycling Internet Bed sheets & towels The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and everything you need for cooking. You will have access to and share: Living room Dining room Fully equipped kitchen 2 bathrooms Laundry facilities There is also a large terrace and a private garden that you are very welcome to enjoy Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a female tenant, preferably a student or someone working full-time, who is: Clean and tidy Respectful and responsible More into a calm/homey lifestyle than partying The villa is kept to a high standard, so we’re looking for someone who will treat it and take care of it like their own home. In return, you’ll be welcomed and treated like part of the home A couple of house rules: No drinking alcohol in the common areas (drinking in your own room is fine) No pork in the house (other types of meat are absolutely fine)
