(★‿★) We are renting out 13 m2 bedroom (our largest room) in our 5 room collective apartment. We are 3 people (around 40 years old) + 1 dog. Big living room, two bathrooms, direct access to balcony from the room. 5000 SEK in rent, everything included. Close to city and university (1 km to city, 1 km to uni). 0,5 km to Art Campus and to the nearest grocery store. 1 big closet Friendly area. Balcony connected to the room. A fifth Guestroom/studioroom with bed and desk that all have access to, for guests or study/work/creativespace. Art inspired cosy space, lots of plants books and music. A friendly dog. Would be very nice if you also likes to cook like we are, or bake but not a must. Present yourself if you are interested, are atleast over 25 years (or feels like it), and know how to clean. Experience from collective living is a plus.
