I am renting out my cozy apartment, indefinitely. The place has two floors, with the entrance and bedroom on the first floor, and the rest upstairs. When you get to the top of the stairs you have a walk-in-closet to the left, followed by the living room and dining area. To the right you have the bathroom, followed by the kitchen, which also has a spacious balcony. The apartment suits singles, couples and roommates. Small families also work if the parents wish to add an extra bed in the bedroom or living room. Apartment is fully furnished apart from a bed (bed in picture is no longer there). Pets are allowed. Included in rent: Electricity, heat, 1000 mb internet and Cable-TV. No additional fees. Area and transportation: Hallonbergen is a fast-growing district, rich with greenery and culture. The outdoor environment is carefully thought out with nice viewpoints and walking paths around lakes and nature reserves. There are also playgrounds and barbecue areas, outdoor gyms, miniature golf, football and tennis courts, etc. Hallonbergen Centrum is right outside the gate, with a grocery store, pharmacy, gym, café, tailor, health center, dentist, etc. Stora Coop and Systembolaget are also minutes away. Sundbyberg center and Mall of Scandinavia are both within walking distance, with its broad selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and gyms. Friends Arena is also located next to the mall. Both buses and the subway are crawling distance from the apartment. With the subway, you can be at T-Centralen in 12 minutes, and the bus routes go to Karolinska Hospital and Stockholm University. By car, you can easily get on the E4 and E18, and if you want to fly, Arlanda is only 30 minutes away.
