Replacement Tenant Wanted I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my private 16 m² student studio at Campus Star, available from 1 November. If approved, you will sign your own rental agreement directly with the official landlord, Studentbostäder i Norden (SBS)—not with me. This is not a private sublet. To make this attractive for you, I will take over the November base rent for you. I’m moving out at the end of October for personal reasons. 📍 Nekvägen 37, Spanga (Stockholm) 💰 Rent: 6,949 SEK/month 🚿 Private bathroom and kitchen 🌐 Internet, heating and cold water included 🏋️ Free gym, cinema room and study rooms 🚆 Around 15 minutes from Spånga station to Stockholm Central Electricity and hot water are charged separately. The studio includes a mirror, built-in bed frame, storage, fridge/freezer, stove and oven; otherwise, it is unfurnished. Requirements (set by SBS): you must be an active student at a university (min. 15 credits/semester), 1 person only. You sign your own contract directly with SBS; I'll put you in touch.
