🏡 Student apartment for takeover available from October 1st! Hi everyone! My name is Vladyslava, and I’m looking for someone to take over my 22 m² student apartment in Oxie from October 1st. ✨ About the apartment: • 📍 Located in Oxie, Malmö • 🏠 22 m • 🛏️ One-room student apartment with your own bathroom and kitchen • 🌿 Private balcony • 🏢 2nd floor • 📅 Contract takeover from October 1st The apartment is a great option if you’re a student looking for an affordable and cozy place to live in. It’s located in a quiet area with good access to public transport and other everyday amenities. I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone who would like to take over the contract. But you need to be a student and be approved by landlord!😊
