Cosy furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony in a quiet neighbourhood I am renting out my cosy and well-planned apartment because I have recently accepted a job in another city and therefore need to move. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it comfortable and practical for both living and working from home. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the beautiful balcony, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, having dinner outside, or simply relaxing. The apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly area, while still being very well connected to the university and the city. It is approximately: * 🚶 15–20 minutes walking to the University Hospital Campus * 🚲 Less than 10 minutes by bike to the University Hospital Campus * 🚲 Around 20 minutes by bike to Campus Valla * 🚲 Around 15 minutes by bike to the city centre I will update the pictures with the furniture as soon as I have the opportunity, so you can get a better idea of what the apartment looks like furnished. The rental is currently available until April 2027, but I would be happy to discuss extending the rental period further if needed.
