An incredibly convenient location for everyday life! About the apartment: The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator), offering a good balance between privacy and accessibility. The bedroom and living room face south, providing fantastic natural light and a very cozy atmosphere. The kitchen and bathroom face north. Safety & Security: High security with a keypad lock at the building entrance and a security chain on the apartment door, ensuring you feel completely safe in your home. What’s included & Furnishings: The apartment is rented fully furnished with basic furniture and kitchenware (bed, wardrobe, sofa, dining table, etc.). You don’t need to buy anything yourself! It is perfect for short-term stays but not suitable for long-term living, as I am unable to remove the furniture. Important house rules (Please note!): The neighbor living directly below is very sensitive to noise and quick to report disturbances. Therefore, no parties or pets are allowed, and the apartment must remain quiet and peaceful. Rent & Terms: The rent includes water, heating, the association fee, and broadband (electricity is not included). Rental Period & Special Conditions: The apartment is currently listed for sale, which is why it is being rented out on a short-term basis. I can guarantee a minimum stay of 3 months. If the apartment does not sell, you may stay longer. A requirement for renting is that you cooperate regarding any apartment viewings and keep the place tidy for them. Should a viewing take place, I am happy to assist with the cleaning and will compensate you with 1,000 SEK for the inconvenience. Not suitable for families with children under the age of 10.
