Girls Only – Room for Rent in Rosengård

Om bostaden

Girls Only Hi there I’m looking for someone interested in renting a room in my two room apartment (it’s what would have been the living room) starting on the 1st of November. My close friend and I just moved in this October but due to circumstances she now has to leave. The rent is 4,647 SEK per month but it doesn’t include internet and electricity bills. Including those it amounts to around 5,000 SEK per month. It is located in Rosengård. We’ll be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The apartment is still mostly unfurnished but I plan to soon. The room comes unfurnished as in the pictures but comes with the bed.
