Cosy room (approx. 12 sqm) in a nice three-room apartment in Hökarängen in the south of Stockholm. The apartment is located on the second floor out of three in a quiet, green area with no through-traffic. It is a five-minute walk to the metro, which takes you to Slussen in 15 minutes. The room is furnished with a 120 cm bed, a desk, a chair, an armchair, and a large built-in wardrobe. The total apartment size is 75 sqm. Rent includes electricity, heating, and water. You also have shared access to a large, fresh bathroom with a washing machine, a modern kitchen, a living room, and a south-facing balcony that is not overlooked. Note for allergy sufferers: There are two cuddly cats in the apartment! Note: A monthly fee of 500 SEK applies for Wi-Fi, consumables, and bed linen laundry. When expressing interest, please tell me a bit about yourself and your background. Please include a photo and a couple of references. Personal chemistry will play a major role in my choice of tenant, as I believe it is crucial when sharing an apartment. I am outgoing and sociable, and I think it is an advantage if you are too. For the past three years, the room has been rented to female students—one from Italy and one from Spain— who can give references about the living.
