ROOM TO RENT – CONVENIENT LOCATION A private bedroom measuring approximately 10 m² is available for one person in a spacious 98 m² apartment with three bedrooms. The apartment is conveniently located directly behind the bus station, approximately one minute’s walk from the bus stop and five minutes or less on foot from the local centrum. The tenant will have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and communal areas. Electricity and internet are included in the monthly rent. About the Household You will share the apartment with me. My two children, aged four and seven, stay with me approximately half of the time. This is a family home, so the room would suit someone who is comfortable living with children and values a calm, respectful environment. I am looking for a responsible and considerate tenant who keeps shared spaces clean and tidy and respects everyone’s privacy. Household Rules Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Alcohol: Moderate alcohol consumption is acceptable only within the tenant’s private room, provided it causes no disturbance or inappropriate behaviour. As I do not drink and wish to keep the children’s shared environment free from alcohol, alcohol must not be consumed in communal areas. Visitors: Up to two visitors at a time are normally welcome. Please give advance notice of visits. Any exception to this limit or any overnight stay must be agreed with me beforehand. Visiting hours: Visitors should normally leave by 22:00, unless otherwise agreed. Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00. Occupancy: The room is for one resident only. Smoking and pets: Smoking and pets are not permitted. Guest conduct: The tenant is responsible for ensuring that visitors respect the household rules, shared spaces and everyone’s privacy.
