The apartment is on the top floor with windows facing three sides with lovely green views overlooking Aspuddsparken. The neighborhood is very peaceful and green while still being close to the city. Both Aspudden and Örnsberg metro stations are within walking distance, and it’s only two stops to the inner city. Aspuddsparken is just outside, with sheep, goats and horses, as well as the popular Golfbaren. Vinterviken is also just a few minutes’ walk away, with restaurants, gardens, outdoor gym, swimming and beautiful walking paths along the water. Close to both Coop and ICA. I’m looking for a quiet, responsible and considerate person. This would be particularly suitable for someone who mainly needs a home in Stockholm during autumn, winter and spring and spends the summers elsewhere, as I may be needing the apartment during the summer. Wi-Fi and gas are included in the rent. Parking is also available for an additional monthly fee.
